Once in a Lifetime

I went for a walk today at lunch and that was terrific. I saw a white-tailed deer just standing in front of my path. It was a once in a lifetime moment and I had trouble slowing down to enjoy it. But I did enjoy it. Every moment is once in a lifetime. Nothing comes twice. We are only here once, and we are here to enjoy this life. Everything only happens once, it is all a once in a lifetime moment, one after another. Stand back and enjoy it. Get in there and enjoy it. Either way, enjoy it all, it only happens once.

And that is a happy thing that everything only happens once. Something can't be happy. Only someone.

Single file line of experience, that is how it all happens. That is how we perceive it to be and how it really is. But we often mistake seemingly similar situations for the same situation, but we are never in the same exact situation or scenario twice. Nothing is repeated exactly to the tee.

I need not be afraid of anything. I am able to be present and focused and part of humanity at all times.

I am not swayed. I am a part of the whole. There is nothing separate.

I am breathing deeply and that certainly helps.

What is here and now I must accept. Presence is my power. Presence is my power to get where I need to go. Deep breathing helps with presence.

All I know is that I am headed in the right direction. I am going the right way.

The constant pursuit of presence; the knowledge that we are all the same; we all want the same feelings of belonging and feeling to be a part of it. I can help other people feel they are a part of something large and good and important. I have that power. It is not a power it is a strength. I have that strength to make others feel included. It is all a part of moving forward, of becoming what we are meant to be.

We all have a destination and a meaning to get to. We will all get there at the right time.
